T Bone Tooter has been around since 1931-32 in Churchville. A little ways from Churchville School it was the local hang out for all ages. A lot of Good Memories have happened at the restaurant. Over the years it has been a doctor's office, appliance store but remained majority of its life time as a restaurant to the area.

T-Bone Tooters

Anytime anyone referees to the restaurant in Churchville, everyone still knows it as the "T-Bone Tooter" through the years. Good Times and Good Memories is what we have strived for in bringing back a little bit of history when renaming the restaurant back to T-Bone Tooter in 2003.

T-Bone Timeline:

 1930's

The building itself was constructed in 1931. Joseph "Toad" Armstrong's T-Bone Tooter restaurant was established there in 1932.

 1940's

It was reported on Thursday, November 18th 1943 that a 15 gallon keg of beer stolen from Armstrong's T-Bone Tooter had been found. It was still full when it was discovered and was mostly taken by local boys who abandoned it after failing to open it.

 1950's

In mid 50's the building was sold and became a doctor's office. T-Bone Tooter moved to the corner of Route 250/42.

Around 1958 the building became an appliance store owned by Bob & Goldie Accord

 1960's

In approximately 1962 the home of the original T-Bone Tooter restaurant returned to serving meals, this time as the Houff Diner.

 1970's

Throughout the 1970's and into the early 1980's it was owned by the Malcolm's.

 1980's

During most of this decade T-Bone Tooters belonged to Delmar Jackson and Daggys.

 1990's

From 1990 to 2003 it was the home to MJ's Café.

 2000's

From 2003 to the present T-Bone Tooter has been owned and operated by Benny & Dianne Rankin

The red buggy appeared on the roof in 2006 on Halloween. Of course, that was not the first time a vehicle was found on top of T-Bone Tooter. Over the years a hay wagon, horse cart, manure spreader and Model-A Ford have sat on that rooftop.
